- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Staff are amazing. Wait times are something to be desired but this is nothing against the Staff who are very good at what they do once you do get seen. I've only used non emergency A&E so can't comment on and other services within the hospitalby James PiteJuly 10, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Making patients pay for Cloud WiFi is not good, as those who stay for longer periods of time end up spending a lot of money on things they shouldn't have to. It doesn't help that the WiFi is incredibly slow and connecting to it is a chore as it even takes long to load up it's own website. Southampton offers a free Cloud WiFi service at incredible speeds, despite being a bigger hospital with a much larger amount of patients using the WiFi at once. Please stop charging for your WiFi.
