- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been to visit this practice twice over two years now, and each time the doctors and nurses alike both made me feel very rushed. The recent visit to the nurse made me feel self conscious and uncomfortable and I didn't feel like I could ask necessary questions about my prescription without being judged (which by the way she didn't even answer my question just handed me a leaflet). Last year I had to come to see the doctor as I had an extremely bad fever, he diagnosed bronchitis but failed to diagnose tonsillitis - I visited my GP back in my home town after several friends and family told me that I had tonsillitis (I've not had it before) and only then was I diagnosed and told how to properly care for myself. The doctor would hardly let me describe my problems without cutting me off... in all my appointments I have been at least half an hour early, due to University timetables etc. So it's not as if they actually were in a rush as they called me in early! Guaranteed employees at a GP's aren't the friendliest but I'd much rather visit mine at home and feel as though everything will be sorted rather than missed!by Laura YoungMay 11, 2017
