  I cannot fault anything concerning my experience. I joined Alderney dental practice recently and in that time I have found the standard of care to be very good, the dentist Mr Sharhi to be patient, kind and thorough, the staff friendly, the decor and building well presented and everywhere very clean.

  I don,t normally write reviews, but felt i just had to share this experience... I joined the practice late last year on recommendation, from a family member. I have visited many dentist's and had lots of bad experiences . so was very apprehensive about booking an appointment with any dentist, but as my teeth were in a desperate state of repair i had to do something. So i rang the practice and the first person i spoke to was a girl called abbey whose telephone manner was fantastic she within minutes had already made me feel comfortable,and this was just for the forms to registrar (Thank you abbey). I Then went For my Appointment with Mr Shahi at the time i was so nervous and anxious i really did not take everything in and certainly didn't have a clue what could be done for me or what it was i wanted. But thanks to Mr Shahi and Grace for their professionalism , patience and understanding they were able to point me in the right direction.................. i made several appointments and although booked in for treatment was unable to have it due to nervousness and anxiety never once was i made to feel uncomfortable only helpful attitudes were met on the phone thank you for that Debbie. I have always had a phobia of anything to do with dentists. But after meeting Mr shahi and his team through their patience's, Professionalism and relaxed friendly atmosphere, Not only did they put a smile on my face, they also gave me my confidence back. so i would like to say a big thank you to you all at the dental practice, And a special thank you to Mr Shahi, Dr Saranya Sathyamurthy, Grace Emanuell,Laura Norgan, Melissa Silverberger , Dr F Abouorabi, Debbie Hooper, And last but not least the one who's kind voice made this all possible Abigail Bartlett .
