  Really disappointed. Put in a prescription for some important medication for a kidney transplant. Waited a week as it needed to be ordered in ( was expecting to wait a couple of days not a week ) Received only two weeks worth of what should have been three month supply when I questioned it the assistant said I was wrong ( it was a hand written prescription, I could understand what it said, clearly she could not ) I know what was written on the prescription was for 3 months supply as that is what has always been written up for me every three months for the past two years. I did argue with her but she insisted I was wrong and to go back to my GP. I now have to go back to my renal consultants that I only see every three months to get an emergency prescription as this medication cannot be prescribed by my GP, this will mean a trip to Dorchester hospital at my expense, my time out of work and fuel. Very bad customer service have been stood waiting to get served for ages before any one even came over on several occasions. This is my first time coming to this pharmacy and I certainly shall not be returning.

  I've been trying 2 days in a row to pick up an important prescription much needed after waiting aprox. 2 weeks for them to order my medication, same issue: they shut the door upon me with 5 or 6 minutes earlier than the official closing time.So dissapointed!
